Rabbit’s Domain

I started making ginger beer a few years ago while working for a small, family run distillery. From a basic recipe, I created a ginger beer that paired nicely with whisky in cocktails, though a tall glass of ginger over ice with just a squeeze of lime is a most refreshing beverage on its own.

I now make three flavors of non-alcoholic Rabbit’s Domain Ginger Beer, Rabbit’s Domain Bitters, and Rabbit’s Domain Ginger Syrup. I’ve even experimented with growing the ginger myself upstairs in the garden. For the time being this is a fun hobby project, but who knows where we’ll leap in the future?
